It must be even and the emulsion must be allowed to settle allowing all air bubbles to rise to the top and burst. Emulsion is a not a Beer or a milk shake, it does not need a head. Mixed a new can of emulsion the day before you used it. You can not have bubbles, fish eyes or streaks of un-sensitized emulsion on your screens.</p>
